We want to make your ordering experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Below is a breakdown of shipping fees, tariffs/import duties, VAT/GST, and estimated delivery times by region.

1. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fees are shown at checkout.
  • Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $30.

2. Tariffs & Import Duties

  • All Regions: Tariffs and import duties are already included in the product prices shown on our website.
  • You will not be asked to pay additional import duties upon delivery.

3. VAT / GST

  • United States: No VAT or GST is charged. 

Europe & United Kingdom: Local VAT may still apply, collected by customs or delivery services according to your country’s regulations. In most cases, this is modest.

  • Other Regions: Local VAT/GST may apply depending on your country’s import rules.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Asia: 7–10 business days after dispatch
  • Other Regions: 10–15 business days after dispatch, depending on local postal services

FREQUENTLY ASKED SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Q: What's my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided once it ships out. Please double check your spam folder and allow some time for this to happen. Or please email us and we will help you check it.

Q: My package says it's in Pre-Shipment and SF Express is awaiting the item for days now.
A: Due to the massive increase in online shopping and limited staff the SF Express has been very busy. Occasionally a box of orders does not get scanned in and just gets put on the truck in an effort to expedite delivery. Please know that we are all doing the best we can. Patience in this time is very much appreciated.

Q: My package says it was delivered but it's not here.
A: Please contact your local post office first, they are best suited to help at this stage of the delivery. If they can't help please obtain a case ID and email it to info@myfunleader.com

Q: Are tariffs or duties included in the price?
A: Yes. The product prices shown on our website already include tariffs and duties for your region. You will not be charged extra import fees upon delivery.

Q: Do I need to pay VAT in Europe or the UK?
A: For European customers, VAT is not included in the displayed price. Customs may collect VAT on delivery. 

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update your shipping address. Once your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes.

Q: What happens if my order is delayed in customs?
A: While most orders clear quickly, customs delays are beyond our control. Please allow additional time if your order is held at customs, and contact your local customs office for updates.
