Regular Items
We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
If the item has been delivered for more than 15 days, it is considered used, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Preorder Items
We only accept changes to preorder items within 24 hours of purchase. To request a change, please contact us at info@myfunleader.com.
Order Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations immediately after an order is placed, as we cannot guarantee that it has not already been processed or shipped.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
Non-Refundable Transaction Fees
Payment processing fees charged by platforms such as PayPal are non-refundable. We can only refund the net amount we actually received after these platform fees have been deducted.
