Refund & Return Policy
Regular Items
We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
If the item has been delivered for more than 15 days, it is considered used, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unmounted, with all original packaging and accessories intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Preorder Items
We only accept changes to preorder items within 24 hours of purchase.
To request a change, please contact us at info@myfunleader.com.
After 24 hours, preorder items are considered confirmed and cannot be changed or canceled.
Order Cancellations
We do not guarantee order cancellations once an order is placed, as it may have already entered processing or shipping.
If cancellation is approved, any non-refundable fees and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (subject to approval).
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable non-refundable fees (see below).
Please allow time for your bank, credit card issuer, or payment platform to process the refund.
Non-Refundable Fees & Deductions
Please note that the following fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount:
- Payment processing fees charged by platforms such as PayPal, credit card companies, or other payment gateways
- Platform transaction fees
- Original outbound shipping fees
- Return shipping fees
We can only refund the net amount actually received after all applicable fees have been deducted.
Exceptions
At this time, there are no special exceptions to the return policy.
